We're Hiring: HR Manager
AI Future Gen Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in human resource management, manpower recruitment, payroll administration, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Recruitment: Identify staffing requirements, source suitable candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
- Payroll and Salary Management: Prepare monthly salary sheets, maintain attendance and leave records, calculate salary components, and coordinate payroll processing.
- EPF Compliance: Manage Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) registration, monthly contributions, filings, employee records, and related statutory compliance.
- ESIC Compliance: Handle Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) registration, contributions, returns, employee records, and applicable statutory requirements.
- HR Policies and Documentation: Maintain employee files, appointment letters, joining and exit formalities, HR records, and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, coordinate attendance and leave management, support performance management, and help maintain a productive work environment.
- Labour Law Compliance: Stay updated on applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR compliance procedures.
Eligibility and Skills
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in HR management or HR operations.
- Practical experience in manpower sourcing and recruitment.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary sheet preparation.
- Working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle employee records and confidential information responsibly.
