Job Opening: Software Developer (Fresher)

We are looking for motivated and technically strong fresh graduates to join our software development team. The selected candidates will work on website development, Android/mobile applications, and software projects, participating in the complete software development lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have completed both B.Tech (CSE) and MCA.

Must have secured First Division throughout their academic career, including all applicable examinations and degrees.

Must have a sound understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and database concepts.

Must demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Must be willing to work on real-world software projects and follow professional development practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Work with databases, APIs, backend services, and frontend technologies.

Debug applications, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable and scalable software.

Learn and adopt new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools as required.

Required Skills

Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or PHP.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, databases, SQL, and software engineering concepts.

Understanding of object-oriented programming and web application architecture.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is desirable.

Good communication skills, discipline, and a professional approach to work.
